Verry Berry Supershake

This super easy delicious and wholesome breakfast can be whipped up in literally 5 minutes.

BLEND THIS

12 oz of filtered water

1 cup of washed spinach

2 cups of frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup of plain low-fat yoghurt

2 scoops of vanilla pea protein (not whey) powder

1 tbsp of walnuts

1 tbsp of ground flaxseed

 

500 calories, 57 g protein, 54 g carbs, 14 g fiber, 11 g fat
