How do I sign up for the complimentary trial?

The complimentary trial for your subscription is 48Hours. After the 48 Hours, you will be debited your monthly fee of $40 (Billed Monthly) or $240 (Billed Annually) depending on what option you choose. You can cancel at anytime during this 48 hour trial with no charges or cancellation fees.

Then, your monthly payments will recur on the same day of every month/year.

For example, if your first payment is on the 22nd of the month, your auto-renewal will remain on the 22nd for every subsequent billing.

If you do not cancel your within your complimentary trial period, you will be debited after the 48 Hour period and you will be able to cancel your payment for the following month.

The complimentary trial is strictly one per person.

How do I upgrade my subscription to the annual option so I can save 50%?

Please login to your account. You can upgrade your subscription at any time by clicking on the menu on the top right hand corner of the screen (three little lines) and click “My Subscription”. Click “Change”, you will then be able to select the Annual Option. When you do this the annual option will start from the day you process it and your monthly subscription will be cancelled from the date you action it.

What benefits can I expect to get out of completing my classes on One Body?

Before you complete a class, a wonderful exercise to do is to not how you are feeling physically, mentally & emotionally. Then do this after your class as well.

It is truly amazing how even taking 15 minutes out of your day will completely change the way you feel in these three areas. You will then find that you function better even doing the simplest things and that you will become more present and IN your body rather in your MIND after class.

We love that our classes have a beautiful ambience about them and our instructors are genuine and really do care about their class and the positive affects that it will create in you by attending.

The best part is as long as you have an internet connection, you can do them anywhere in the world and feel great.

What is One Body?

One Body is harlow’s newest creation. An online platform of all your favourite classes & teachers across seven class types bringing the beautiful harlow ambience and inspiration to you wherever you are. See our home page by clicking on our logo to view our instructor’s and class types. We are continually releasing new classes.  

How do the levels work? Do I have to do Beginner if I’m a beginner? Or advanced if Im advanced?

Our class types come in Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced levels so that you can move & grow & advance your body & mind. 

Please keep in mind though that you can & should do all levels so that you can tailor your experience to your energy levels as they are continually fluctuating. Sometimes it’s nice to go back to the basics & do a beginner level, refresh & give yourself the time to breath. Other times you may feel that you have high energy so you can challenge yourself. 

Please adjust to your personal fitness, health and emotional circumstances.

How do I add my FAV classes to my favourites list?

Please login to your account. When you are in a class, click “Add to favourite”. 

You can then access your favourite classes by clicking My Favourites in the top right menu (three small lines) or in the bottom menu of our site. 

What email am I logged in with & how do I reset my password?

Click Login, Click Lost your password. Type in your email here and click reset password. Check your spam folder. If it doesn’t appear, please repeat until you receive an email reseting your password.

Alternatively if you are already logged in, please go to the top right hand corner of the site and click on the menu (three little lines) and click on My Subscription and you can view your email and username there. You can also change your password as well.

How do I get back to the classes page to view classes?

Please click on the One Body logo (top left hand corner of your screen). Also there is a Classes link in the bottom menu of the site.

Why do you need my credit card for the complimentary trial?

Once your 48Hour trial period is over your card on file will be debited the subscription amount that you chose (Monthly $40 or Yearly $240) in which you would then be subscribed and have full access to all beautiful and inspiring classes for that duration. 

You can cancel at anytime during the trial and not be debited. Also your monthly subscription is month to month, so if you cancel half way through the month, this will cancel all future debits and your subscription will expired at the end of your month. This is the same if you choose annual subscription. If you cancel half way through the year, your subscription will simply not renew and you will have 6 months left to access your beautiful classes.

Where do I update my credit card details?

Go to the top right hand menu of the screen (little three lines) and click on “My Subscription. Click “Update Billing Info” and enter your new card details and click “Update”.

My payment failed, what do I do?

Insufficient Funds: update your card details (see how to update your card details above)

Bank blocking payment: please contact your bank

Stripe payment will automatically try your card again.

How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription will renew automatically every month, or every year, on the same date that you were first billed.

For example, if your first payment was on June 1st, you will have a recurring monthly payment on the 1st of every following month. If your annual payment was on February 2nd, you will be debited on the 2nd of February every year ongoing.

You can check your payment history by going to the top right hand corner menu (little three lines) and click “My Subscription” and note the dates in which you were billed on.

Can I change my billing date?

You cannot change debit date however, you will be able to change your date by canceling your membership and re-activating it on the day you’d like to be debuted on. Please see how to cancel your subscription above.

Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will still have access until the last day of your billing cycle. Then, you can re-activate your subscription on the date you would like to be debuted on. Alternatively you can choose our annual subscription which means only one debit date in the year & you will get 50% discount as a reward for your loyalty.

What currency are the prices?

The monthly price is $40AUD per month (Australian dollars) or $20AUD per month ($240 AUD debited annually) if you choose the upfront 12 month option.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please login to your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the menu on the top right hand corner of the screen (three little lines) and click “My Subscription”. Click “Cancel” and all future payments will be cancelled and your subscription will expire at the end of your month or year (depending which option you had chosen).

After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to access your classes until the last day of your billing cycle, and will not receive a refund for the current month. For example, if your billing was on the 15th of every month, and you chose to cancel your subscription on the 1st, you will have access to your FAV classes through the 15th of the following month.

Can I suspend my subscription?

You cannot suspend your subscription. If you know you are going away at any time, you can cancel your subscription at anytime & all future payments will be canceled. If your monthly payment came out 5 days ago on the 20th of the month, then you would have access to your membership for the rest of the month until the 20th of the following month & then no more payments would be deducted & membership cancelled. You will be able to access your classes anywhere in the world provided you have a good internet connection. 

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. Please ensure if you would like to cancel that this is done before the end of your billing cycle to prevent new charges. We have a “Cancel at anytime” Policy, so if you need to cancel, please see “How do I cancel my subscription” above on how to do this.

How do I change the rotation view?

On your mobile device you will need to change your screen rotation to auto so that when you rotate your phone to a landscape view (rather than portrait) you will be able to maximise the screen size. As phone software is constantly updating you can google how to do this for your phone model.

My video is not appearing on my classes page in Google Chrome?

If your class is not appearing and you are using Google Chrome, please follow these instructions:

  1. Clear your browser cache and try again. You can do this via Settings > More Tools > Clear browsing data.
  2. Open Chrome > Settings > Advanced settings > System. Toggle Use hardware acceleration when availableto the Off position.
  3. Please restart your device.

My video is not loading properly and keeps stopping.

Our platform will play our classes back at 360p to 8K speeds, this automatically adjusts depending on your internet connection. You will need minimum 1Mbps speeds to play the minimum quality

If your video classes are still stopping, please contact your internet service provider and check what minimum speeds they are offering and ask them to troubleshoot this for you so that you are getting optimum speeds based on your plan. Most internet service providers offer 12 Mbps +.

How many devices can I be logged in at a time?

You will be able to log into one device at a time. So if you are logged out, you can simply log back in, using the LOGIN button at the top right hand corner of your screen.
