How can I view my classes?
You can view your classes on mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop by having an internet connection and go to onebody.tech, My Classes and click play. You can click the full screen icon and it will make your classes take up the whole screen.
For the ultimate viewing experience, you can view your classes by screen sharing using a projector or your TV as well. We recommend this projector by iVankyo projector because it is portable, wireless, really small and so easy to use. You can project onto any wall, you just need a slightly darker room but has great lighting to see even if the room has lights on or natural light coming in through the window. Connect your projector to your internet (follow instructions for setting up). Choose screen share on your iPhone or android device, and using your browser search for onebody.tech and make it full screen. You will then be able to have a extremely large format projected onto the wall wherever you are.
Where do I find the classes that I purchased?
Please login to your account. Go to “My Classes” page which is located top right on desktop or by clicking the 3 little lines on mobile version.
You can then click on each class in your “My Classes” section and watch your class.
What benefits can I expect to get out of completing my classes on One Body?
Before you complete a class, a wonderful exercise to do is to not how you are feeling physically, mentally & emotionally. Then do this after your class as well.
It is truly amazing how even taking 15 minutes out of your day will completely change the way you feel in these three areas. You will then find that you function better even doing the simplest things and that you will become more present and IN your body rather in your MIND after class.
We love that our classes have a beautiful ambience about them and our instructors are genuine and really do care about their class and the positive affects that it will create in you by attending.
The best part is as long as you have an internet connection, you can do them anywhere in the world and feel great.

What is One Body?
Powerful pilates, yoga, barre & breathwork classes that can be watched on your iphone/android device, tablet, laptop, computer or tv. With different class durations available, we have something for you no matter how little time you have. Once you purchase your class it is yours for viewing for life. You can find these in your “My Classes” section.
How do the levels work? Do I have to do Beginner if I’m a beginner? Or advanced if Im advanced?
Our class types come in Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced levels so that you can move & grow & advance your body & mind.
Please keep in mind though that you can & should do all levels so that you can tailor your experience to your energy levels as they are continually fluctuating. Sometimes it’s nice to go back to the basics & do a beginner level, refresh & give yourself the time to breath. Other times you may feel that you have high energy so you can challenge yourself.
Please adjust to your personal fitness, health and emotional circumstances.
How do I know which classes I have purchased on the BUY CLASSES page?
Any classes that you have already purchased will be in your “My Classes” section.
Also there won’t be an “Add To Cart” button on any classes that you have purchased already on the “Buy Classes” page.
What email am I logged in with & how do I reset my password?
Click Login, Click Lost your password. Type in your email here and click reset password. Check your spam folder. If it doesn’t appear, please repeat until you receive an email reseting your password.
Alternatively if you are already logged in, please go to the top right hand corner of the site and click on the menu (three little lines) and click on My Subscription and you can view your email and username there. You can also change your password as well.
What currency are the prices?
All classes and packages are in Australian Dollars.
Can you send me another copy of my receipt?
You can find your receipts in your “My Orders” Section. Please click on the human icon (top right hand corner) to view your purchase history.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. All our classes are available in our packages, so if you would like to receive a 40% discount you an purchase one of our four packages and you will have access to all the classes in those packages for life. Just go to your “My Classes” section on your device to view them.
How do I change the rotation view?
On your mobile device you will need to change your screen rotation to auto so that when you rotate your phone to a landscape view (rather than portrait) you will be able to maximise the screen size. As phone software is constantly updating you can google how to do this for your phone model.
My video is not appearing on my classes page in Google Chrome?
If your class is not appearing and you are using Google Chrome, please follow these instructions:
- Clear your browser cache and try again. You can do this via Settings > More Tools > Clear browsing data.
- Open Chrome > Settings > Advanced settings > System. Toggle Use hardware acceleration when availableto the Off position.
- Please restart your device.
My video is not loading properly and keeps stopping.
Our platform will play our classes back at 360p to 8K speeds, this automatically adjusts depending on your internet connection. You will need minimum 1Mbps speeds to play the minimum quality

If your video classes are still stopping, please contact your internet service provider and check what minimum speeds they are offering and ask them to troubleshoot this for you so that you are getting optimum speeds based on your plan. Most internet service providers offer 12 Mbps +.
How many devices can I be logged in at a time?
You will be able to log into one device at a time. So if you are logged out, you can simply log back in, using the LOGIN button at the top right hand corner of your screen.
