This is a gentle and restorative class working the outer and Inner Thighs. In Chinese Medicine; where the practice Yin originates, the inner & outer thighs are connected to the Stomach, Spleen, Liver & Gallbladder Meridian lines. Meridian’s are energy channels in the body which deal with blockages in our ‘Chi’ and when blocked they can affect our overall energy and vitality. Blockages in the inner & outer thighs can be caused by excessive feelings of worry as well as feelings of frustration and anger. Through this practise we work to let these feelings go. This class will, therefore, help to reduce feelings of worry, anxiety or frustration while also allowing you to feel lighter and restored in the process.
