    So Beautiful Andrea! My 6-year-old daughter and I are doing this at least once a day! especially in between homeschooling just to reset and reground! Loving this! Doing this for just 15 minutes makes such a huge difference to your mind and body! I HIGHLY recommend mummies with their little ones to get them on a matt with their Ipad and practice this daily you will be amazed <3 xx
