    Previously enjoyed studio sessions in Newstead but due to a relocation I unfortunately had to give Harlow away, thanks to the online platform with ONE BODY I can once again enjoy all your beautiful lessons –
    This class is certainly a leg burner 🙂 after a 6 month break, this was a great way to get back into it with this quick (won’t say easy) 15min lesson, am looking forward to working my way though the rest of the Barre package. .
