    Thank you Beautiful Lisa! Lexi and I really enjoyed this! Lexi my little one is only 6 with a broken ankle we are in rehab mode now and the movement through her ankle was great! We had a great time as a little pair doing this side by side! I’m finding these beautiful classes to be a nice cute little bonding experience. Great for kid’s posture, bone and muscle growth! And of course myself I love watching my little one learning this also while I get the benefits of these beautiful classes <3 Yesss happy hormones! Much love xx
