Flow through simple and aligning movements to allow your body to enjoy stretching all areas while flowing on your mat.


Move and breathe through this practice, taking time to pause and feel, observe and adjust each posture. This Class is designed around the alignment principles of a specific pose or groups of poses that are meant to educate the body and mind in a meaningful way. This is an opportunity to go deeper into poses, especially standing sequences. Be creative and incorporate a theme to the class.
