This class focuses on the Hawaiian Mantra, ‘Ho’oponopono’ which means, “I love you, please forgive me, thank you, I’m sorry”. In this practice we use the combination of movement and the mantra’s words to create an environment for forgiveness, love and reconciliation. You can choose to dedicate the words towards yourself or someone else in your life. The words are a tool for releasing feelings that hold your mind or body in a negative state. Move with meaning as you listen to the mantra and observe what feelings or sensations it stirs up for you, while remembering whatever arises is perfect.

Is a flowy creative form of yoga. Poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence that strings together seamlessly. Encourages movement.
