I just had a c-section and was feeling really down. I have found squeezing in a 30 min class a day has really helped me gain my strength back quickly. I will be continuing this as my little daily ritual!
I cannot believe the change in my body from just doing a short class a day! I am finding I am picking up my kids so easily and not even thinking about it. I have so much more energy now and feel happier. Yay 🙂 So grateful for my classes.
I was finding that even at 36 I had aches and pains in my body. I consider myself to be quite healthy but sitting down for work during the day and then looking after my children and husband at night time was really taking a toll on me. I am doing 3 classes per week now and my sore back has completely gone. So surprised. And I can touch my toes again haha LOVE ONE BODY!
